Finely shredded cabbage and carrot in a mayonnaise dressing

Sweet & Sour Carrot Salad

Finely shredded carrot and sliced white onion pickled in a vinegar dressing and tossed in mixed seeds

Broccoli Salad with Feta

Small florets of fresh broccoli tossed in our homemade salad dressing, feta cheese, sliced cherry tomatoes and pickled red onion

Cucumber Pickle

Sliced cucumber and white onion pickled in a vinegar dressing and topped with pink peppercorns

Pesto Pasta Salad with Spinach and Pine Nuts

Pasta tossed in an olive oil pesto dressing with spinach, pine nuts, feta, and sundried tomatoes

Harissa Pasta Salad with Roasted Mushroom and Bacon

Pasta tossed in our homemade Harissa dressing with scallions, roasted mushrooms and roasted lardons

Moroccan Cous Cous

Light and fluffy spicy couscous cooked in aromatic herbs and spices and mixed with diced carrot, sultanas, chickpeas and almonds

Finely shredded cavolo nero (Italian Kale) tossed in a parmesan dressing and mixed with diced red onion, red peppers, sundried tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and garlic croutons
